PRICING
Plans are available in 8-session, 12-session, and 20-session packages and must be used within 60 days, 90 days, or 120 days respectively.

WORKOUT PLANS
Semi-Private Strength and Conditioning Personal Training

Cam will carefully and skillfully lead 1-5 clients through a 60 minute workout that will largely focus on the wants and the needs of each individual regarding their Strength and Conditioning.

Each individual will work from a completely separate program designed specifically for them by Cam.

This will give you an opportunity to gain significant and life changing results by improving your overall conditioning, initiating fat loss and muscle development.
Semi-Private Flexibility & Mobility Personal Training

Cam will skillfully lead 1-5 clients through a 60 minute session that will focus on the specific flexibility and mobility wants and needs of each individual client.

This session provides the opportunity to stretch, lengthen and loosen tight /bound muscles, and mobilize your joints.
Cam's Strength & Conditioning Bootcamp

This is a group fitness class where Cam will lead up to 20 clients in a HIIT/ Strength and Conditioning workout.

This is a family atmosphere where you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and encourage others.
Private (approval only)

On approval only, clients will receive private and catered sessions to meet their needs, goals, and schedules.
